With over 25 years working in the non-profit industry, I have the experience and wisdom to help people and organizations successfully navigate challenges. As I’ve grown and developed my own leadership skills, I know how critical having the right people in your corner can be! 

Because of this desire to serve people and help organizations thrive, I became a certified DiSC trainer and consultant. This tool is beneficial as you learn about your own leadership style and can also help you build healthy teams.

Working Genius workshops are an engaging way to build communication skills and understanding across teams. I love watching people as they discover their personal genius and find joy in work again.

As a Human Resources certified Senior Professional with SHRM, I have the knowledge and expertise to provide counsel in all areas of HR. From talent acquisition to employee relations, I’ve done it all and seen it all. I also love working with organizations to create employee engagement strategies and foster a healthy culture.

As a John Maxwell Certified Trainer and Coach, I have been trained and mentored by the best in the industry. For me, a coaching session is a very personal trust between two people. I want to help you reach your goals and grow personally as well! I have the tools and resources to help you reach the next level in your journey. Everyone needs someone to help them, hold them accountable, and push them when things get hard. If you have been entrusted with a leadership position, the best thing you can do for yourself and the people you lead is get a great coach who believes in you.
